On the 9th of Feb. I placed an order with starazago.com for $100. Got an email showing they received order and the next day got comfirmation of payment received. Tried to call after 2 business days to check on shipping and no reply. Tried to call their phone number and 2x would not go through. Have contacted attorney general of the USA about this. I was instructed to buy a play station gift card on amazon.com and give starazago the code for the card. Contacted amazon and they can not do anything.

I have the same problem you have. I went to there address 762 pinchy road Morrisdale, Pa and the family living there got scamed with there address of the web site.

I had the state police with me. they said to file a report with the state police in your county in which state you live in.

I fill bad for the family because they have no idea there address was used. Rod

Ordered an item for $50 and paid by Amazon card - there was an actual link to Amazon.com and it appeared legit. It's been over two weeks and no word since the confirmation I received which actually appeared legit as well. Hate to say but it appears to be a scam. BEWARE OF THIS TYPE OF SCAM!! Do not pay with Amazon card if you're not on Amazon.com. I've written to Amazon.com about this and hope to be able to work something out since they have me on their records as having purchased a PlayStation card instead of a regular gift card.

Paid for 3 Mr Big Buddy heaters and have ordered number and got email thanking for payment. Order is pending. They told me they had 3 when i ordered. Still pending. The next thing i know the web site is gone. I had the address of the site so i drove to where it was only to know that they scamed the people living there and they dont know a thing thats going on. The Pa State Police was with me. They said had to file complaint in my own county in PA.

Ordered a kitchen wall cabinet on February 15 and received an email confirmation of payment. As of today, February 21, the order is still showing as pending on the website. I have tried email but no response. I am going to contact the attorney general in my state about this company. I did not see the reviews for this company before ordering but apparently this is the way they do business. I thought that it was safe going through Amazon but apparently that is their way of getting untraceable money.

I purchased a samsung galaxy mega for $50 they instructed me to go to the amazon.com store purchase of $50 PlayStation card enter the code on their website which ideas I didn't get a confirmation thank you for your order no response no response for days no response I did get another email back from someone by the name of Brenda I believe she said my order was processed and was going for shipping and haven't give another email when it shipped I have not heard nothing in four or five days now The police need to be notified and these individuals placed in jail and refund money that they took it to all the people that have been tooken

I purchased from Stargazago.com - when I bought, I only found great reviews - When I started thinking things were not so kosher I went back and started finding negative reviews. Through this, I learned - 1) Call the phone number of the site to make sure it is an actual phone number for that store 2) google the address to see if it is an actual address and 3) check out whois to see how recently they started their business if recently - better safe than sorry.

I recently placed a order from starazago.com for iphone 5s for 49.99 a heck of a good deal so I thought . I did this on 2-16-16 , I got my confirmation of payment on 2-17-16 .Made payment with Amazon psn50 gift card like they wanted sent them code , they cashed it in now I'm out 49.99 an new phone . They won't respond at all they also have a non working phone number , they are nothing but a rip off company . I implore anyone thinking of ordering from them to save your money and buy somewhere else . I also implore anyone else to file a complaint with the FBI I did so today 2-25-16 it was easy took just a few moments . These people MUST BE STOPPED DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU PLEASE. I feel like the fool for not researching this scam in the first place . I hope this saves you your money it's to late for me thank you

I purchased two TI-84 calculators for what I thought was a great price. Obviously it was too goo to be true. I followed the instructions for payment and paid for them with the play station cards. A received a welcome to our store email from the supposed store owner. I also received a confirmation that my payment had been received and that my order was being processed. I have tried to respond to support@***.com, but my emails keep getting rejected. As of yet, I have still not received my calculators. They ripped me off. This website is a SCAM. Shame on me.

The people that received emails back from this company are lucky! I have heard nothing. THANK GOD FOR PAYPAL!! I placed an order on Feb 3rd, on 5th called customer service to confirm I ordered correct product (was nervous about it only being $50) On that day the phone was working, I spoke w/a lady that said my call would be returned. (Wish i would have wrote her name down.) Nothing, on monday the 8th I again called, number disconnected. I've sent four emails over past 2 weeks and no response. My card was charged the same day I made purchase and it says processing under my account history. I did research this company 1st of February and found no complaints, boy they sure are rolling in now! Since i used PayPal they are pursuing the company for a response, and to remedy situation or refund my full purchase amount.

I wish I had come here before buying!!! I thought it was too good to be true and I was leery of the play station payment, but I went through with it anyway. Now I have no tablet and can't get through to them to find out what happened to the shipment they promised. I have sent an email to Amazon also, since that is where I found them and the only reason I thought it was a reputable seller. If I don't hear anything from them soon, I will be contacting the consumer protection agency and any other agency that will go after this type of scam!!

I did the same thing as pissed off consumer did.its going on two weeks with no response from starazago.i have emaild them 4 times and tried to call the phone number to hear that its no longer in service.What really *** me off is they sent me a payment conformation email and an update email that its been sent to processing.if they were not going to send it then why go through the time and effert to let me know that.I am sure they think this is very funny and having a real good laugh right now.I hope they get caught and pay good cause I don't have money and this will set me back with nothing to show for it.I am still without a phone and no money to get another one.I wish I would have seen all this before.Now im just out.
